These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between VisaAtlas (hereinafter "Service") and the user regarding the use of web/app services provided by the Service.
The Service organizes, compares, and provides links to visa/residency information based on "official sources," but it does not constitute legal advice. For detailed information, please review the Disclaimer.
Users may log in (via Email/Google, etc.) to use certain features (including Pro features). Users must maintain the accuracy of their account information and contact us immediately if unauthorized use of their account is suspected.
The Service may alter the provided content, layout, data structures, etc., for functional improvement. Additionally, all or part of the Service may be suspended if necessary for operational or technical reasons.
Pro features aim to provide "decision-making intelligence" such as official links/PDFs, checklists, and verification notes. Currently, Pro features may operate in beta, and pricing, components, or policies may change after prior notice.
Users must not engage in the following actions:
- Attempts to bypass the security, authentication, or locking features of the Service.
- Excessive access using automated tools that cause service disruption.
- Impersonation of others, privacy infringement, or posting illegal/harmful content.
The UI, branding, organization, and data curation methods of the Service belong to the Service or its rightful owners. However, original text, trademarks, and logos from external sites such as government/agency portals belong to their respective right holders.
The Service does not guarantee the required frequency, completeness, or accuracy of the information, and is not responsible for damages arising from usage to the extent permitted by relevant laws. For more details, please see the Disclaimer.
The Service may update these terms as needed, and significant changes will be announced via in-service notices or other reasonable methods.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Should any dispute arise, the competent court will be determined according to relevant laws.
